Dandelion

(Taraxacum Officinale)

Discover the vibrant healing power of Common Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), a resilient member of the Aster family whose roots, leaves, and golden blossoms have nourished and restored the body for generations. In this healing herbal circle, you’ll learn how this bitter, cooling, and gently tonic plant supports the liver, kidneys, spleen, and stomach—encouraging healthy digestion, natural detoxification, and balanced fluid movement. From its deep taproot rich in inulin to its sunny flowers and mineral-packed greens, dandelion offers both food and medicine in one generous plant ally. Together, we’ll explore it's medicine and join together in a dandelion flower tea ceremony under the light of the full moon.
